TCML was founded in 2004 by a group of chartered accountants, business strategists, and corporate structuring consultants specializing in providing  business & management development, corporate restructuring and asset optimization services to both listed and private companies in North America, Europe, Hong Kong, China, South America and Africa.

Our Mining Venture Division, composed of experienced geologists, financial analysts and biz operators working collectively together in projects for 10 years, provides value-added technical implementation and management enhancement to many mining projects in iron ore, copper, cobalt, chromites, coal, nickel plus a handful of  other selected industrial minerals. With our direct investments as well as management commitments, we have formed many success ventures and partnerships with multi-national mining and mineral trading companies over the years.
